It's amazing what 10 seconds of courage can do for you. For the past while (ahem, few years) I have been wanting to design my own Halloween countdown reading coloring page, and I knew Danna's community, from @littlebooksandnooks, was exactly who I wanted to create this for. So one day a few weeks ago I got brave and messaged her if she'd let me design one/collab with her on one. (she said YES-eep!) She was SO great to work with on this project and I'm so happy I reached out! I got to do something creative, and I also gained an incredible friend in the process-win win!
This coloring page is sure to be a fun one for your kids. When I sat down to sketch it out, I knew a cute little neighborhood of trick or treaters would be so perfect. You'll also see some numbers next to each little illustration. Each day your kids can look for the number of the day, color that image, and read together the mini activity! I know they will LOVE it just like mine do! ...can they find all 15 of the little happy ghosties?!
My kids always request the giant poster size that you see in these pictures (aka the "blueprint" option if printing from Office Depot!), but I formatted it to fit multiple sizes. So no worries-there's bound to be a good option for everyone!
I love how simple this type of activity is, and even my 12 year old still loves these! There's just something "festive" about having a giant coloring page on your wall for them to see everyday. And having the countdown makes it more interactive, but NOT overwhelming...ya know?!

Okay WAIT! did you see that freaking cute pumpkin garland?! Yeah. It's so fun and something that Danna sells HERE. You definitely should go look at all the options she has! These are so dang fun to hang on your child's bookshelves or literally anywhere in your home to bring some cheer to each season or holiday.
